The Challenge:  Develop an adaptive learning framework to offer personalized learning to the sales team, and reduce classroom training time.

CommLab India’s Integrated Solution: We used a combination of online assessments and the reporting facilities of the client’s LMS to set up the adaptive framework and interpret individual performance in each learning area.

Result:  The adaptive learning framework built on our client’s existing LMS helped identify the exact learning needs of 2000 sales reps and it recommended individual personalized learning paths.
